Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mechi, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Mechi provides a shared AI agent workspace for teams. Users can create, configure, and interact with AI agents. Workspace administrators manage members, agents, and billing.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Workspace administrators control access to their workspace. Mechi is not responsible for an administrator's access decisions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, billing controls, or access restrictions
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the service
• Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or abuse the service
• Share account credentials or provide access to unauthorized users

Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You can set soft and hard usage caps to control costs. Overages beyond hard caps will be blocked. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will notify you before any pricing changes.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your conversations, agent configurations, and uploaded content. Mechi owns the service, software, and brand. This license does not grant us ownership of your data. We do not train on your data.

Limitation of Liability

Mechi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mechi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
